We had some water damage in our basement that required a significant amount of remediation/demolition, rebuild of cabinets (including matching staining and trim carpentry), cut out and repair and painting of drywall (and baseboards and molding) and new installation of flooring and carpet. This was a three plus month project that required coordination of many different skilled and talented trade people. Cheyenne Hebb was a masterful project manager. She also helped us coordinate the "design process" including input on paint, stain, flooring and carpet selection. Cheyenne was professional, empathetic and kind throughout the process. She also was a terrific communicator ... she always made us feel that our project was a top priority for her. Very importantly, every single trade person that she had work on our basement was diligent, skilled, timely and friendly. We are very pleased with the final work product. While the process was not "fun", Cheyenne made us feel that our project was very important to her and that she was fully committed to seeing it completed on a timely basis to our satisfaction.
